Gulshan Oberoi
Gulshan Oberoi is the Founder and Managing Partner at Vertical Mind Ventures. His primary focus includes capital market analysis, investment strategy and investor relations. Gulshan has more than 6 years of commercial real estate experience and has personally invested both actively as well as a limited partner in over 20,000 residential units, 3 million square feet of self-storage, industrial and office space.
He has successfully acquired, rehabbed/ value added and sold short term vacation rental real estate in the US. He also boasts extensive experience as a limited partner in greater than 50 commercial real estate syndication deals. He has had many real estate deals go full cycle with strong investor returns.
Gulshan was born and raised in India. Today he is a successful practicing Neurologist in the USA who specializes in Seizure disorders/ Epilepsy and has been very active in the field of Medicine for over 20 years. He has held various leadership roles in his professional career including but not limited to ‘Stroke Medical Director’ as well as ‘Epilepsy Monitoring Unit Director’ which involves overseeing and managing medical systems and processes for a successful outcome.
In his spare time, he loves to travel, play basketball, try various cuisines and spend time with his wife, Jaspreet and two daughters. He likes to talk about and create awareness about the importance of financial independence through real estate for busy professionals.
